Leghorns in American Legion World Series championship game

After losing their opening game, the Petaluma Leghorns have won four straight games to reach the American Legion World Series championship game. Petaluma defeated Waipahu, Hawaii, 8-2 in the semifinals Tuesday afternoon.

The Leghorns play Brooklawn, N.J. for the second straight day in a winner-take-all game at 5:30 p.m. PST today.
