The Petaluma Leghorns American Legion team lost two out of three games in the District 5 Tournament, but its successful summer still earned the team a bid to the Area Tournament. Petaluma travels to Sacramento for Area. The tournament started on Wednesday.
In the first game of the District Tournament, the Leghorns lost to Napa, 6-2.
